Philip Douglas Hepburn (September 22, 1839 - August 12, 1918) was a British politician and businessman who was also active in New Canada as Minister of Transportation in the Bowie I Government from 1874 to 1878. After is arrival in Jamestown, he never goes back to London were he was born.
