Hugh Edgar Fleming (June 30, 1937 - April 19, 1924) was an English-New Canadian politician and Prime Minister. He served as second Prime Minister from 1886 to 1894 after Ian Bowie.
Fleming was also Minister of Defence and Minister of Justice in the Bowie I Government from 1874 to 1878.
He is famous for his long speeches. His longest speech did more than three hours. He was one of the least famous Prime Ministers in New Canada.
